From 2012 we have been offering Accredited Training for Outdoor Learning – both courses have quickly become popular with educational professionals wanting to expand their knowledge and confidence in delivering the curriculum in local outdoor spaces as well as improving their own skills in how to improve their local green environments for learning and biodiversity.
Outdoor Learning Practitioner (L2) – focuses on developing practical hands-on skills & a bank of activities, building confidence and ability in using the outdoor environments, learning how to manage and improve these for teaching & learning
Outdoor Learning Coordinator (L3) – this course follows on from the L2 and looks at the context behind outdoor learning, how to embed this as a whole school strategy, how to plan for an all year round programme of outdoor learning and how to cascade knowledge and enthuse others to get outside the classroom.

We offer a range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses aimed at giving ideas and activities for delivering the curriculum out of doors – please see the course dates page for further info on these
